It wouldn't be that hard to move it to a Joomla site. Start by creating a single page statict html page from your existing site with place holders for the content. Next turn it into a template. After that as long as you put your images in the same relative place as your old site you can pretty much cut/paste to make content on the new site. It takes some time but isn't that difficult.
