Traceroute? no.

Now, unless you are running bind9 on your laptop (or whatever you are 
connecting with) and a local nameserver you may have problems with dns and 
sutff; that caused me ENDLESS problems behind a dlink wrt wireless G 
router... 
But if DNS is not a problem, the connection will go out to your isp and back 
in..
