Never mind.  I found what happened and it was an issue with the DB
wizard I used when setting up the directory.  I think I fixed the issue.

Subject: File structure problem - Created a file I should not have

Ok, so I am working away and I wanted to create a new log folder, and so
I created one called log.  Wheat appeared was a strange fully populated
folder, after which my whole db install was screwed.  How can I recover?
And what do the t and s stand for in drwxrwsr-t anyway?  I fear if I
don't get a solution I will be looking at a backup, wipe, and reinstall.
