In a nutshell, Torvalds says Linux development is not a democracy;
instead,  those who write The Code make the decisions.

I found it interesting to learn that Torvalds has written about 2%
of the Linux code since creating it in 1990.  Wow... in 2010 Linux
will no longer be a teenager.
