The only reason I took a job out of state in the summer of 2006, was that I was between jobs and it seemed difficult at that time to find something (in my field) in the Phoenix area. Plus, it was a temporary (subcontract) job. However, now I have found a job in the Phoenix area, so I probably will not even consider moving out of town in the foreseeable future. I might consider temporary work (subcontract) anywhere in the US, next time I am between jobs; plus, a job requiring travel would be OK. but even then, my first choice will probably still be, to *live* in the Phoenix area. This does sound like a cool job, though. Let me know whether you'd like your message about this job (or, "a" message, minus the stuff about my resume being "in front of" you) posted to the "PLUG-discuss mailing list" , of the local LUG (Phoenix Linux Users Group).
