xfce is a window manager. Try 'rpm -qi libxfce4util-devel' and
see if that prints any information. 'yum info libxfce4util' and
'yum info libxfce4util-devel' give the following information:

You are trying to install the gutenprint-foomatic rpm which depends upon
the gutenprint rpm.
