I like der.hans' idea, "If you start a Stammtisch in your area I think
it would be great if it
were the same time as the one I started, 19:00 on the third Tuesday of
the
month..." 

That time works for me..Would it then be possible to hookup some sort of
chat/video betwixt the two?  Or does that defeat the purpose, or too
bandwith intensive?
