I did a google search for "UnxUtils mirror site";  the first hit
(I think it was actually
    http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/ - !)
said something about "no FTP *mirror* at the moment";
but the 2nd hit pointed me to
   http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/ftp.locustworld.com/
which seems to have it.
