Hi Everyone,

I'm changing my network around as you know.

I have a laptop running XP-Home and a wireless d-link airplus 54M if I'm recalling right.  

The default d-link net is 192.168.0.xxx

I changed it to something link 192.168.10.xxx  and configured a static IP on my laptop.

I notice a substancial performance increase.  The only thing I can come up with is several of my neighbors also have wireless and are on the 192.168.0.xxx network and that was causing my system to look at all their packets as well.

Could that be the cause or is it something else?
