What do you really want?

 

newegg.com's considered a good seller, and oft inexpensive.

 

The 9600 or better's a superior card versus the 9200 (pretty much a repackaged 8500).

 

You can modify 9800SEs into 9800 pros, but how well it works comes into question.

 

I personally like my Geforce 5600XT.  Cost 95 dollars, open-box special.

 

Given an option in the matter, go fanless.  The little fans always clog and whine.  I've seen 9600SE without a fan and Geforce 5200
