I didn't say it was insurmountable I sad it was an additional burden that increases overhead and as a result the second and third order effects will result in lower wages, job loss, and in some cases the business closing.  

It is great you dealt with it for THREE states; how about 50?

1.  I own a business that is head quartered in one state, but does the majority of our business in a total of three states....and some Nation-wide as well.  We do well over $1 Million/yr.
