The senators can't even read the bill? That's insane.

I called Sen. Kyl's Phx office. The person there was unaware of senators
not being able to read the FISA bill. D.C. office isn't answering.

McCain didn't vote. Obama voted for it :(. Specter's been bitching about
it for months, but voted for it anyway :(.

Is there any documentation on the senate site to confirm the senators
