Firefox is running on a MS workstation it is the same workstation I am 
running MS IE from, once I cleared the cache on firefox, then firefox was 
able to view the php pages as then I was able to log in.

Thank-You everyone, I did have to add some of the directives mentioned in 
the emails for even Internet Explorer to view the web pages that were php.
