Plug-discuss has a benefit of being a "local" list; it's a reasonable place 
to therefore seek input from Phoenix-area tech heads even when not specifically 
Linux oriented.  Inquiries like "what's a decent ISP here?" or "who makes a 
good lamb vindaloo?" are therefore drawn here, despite OTness.

Perhaps what we need is a plug-pointlesschat list for discussion like that.
