You could check out the following projects. They may, or may not, meet all of your needs, but they should each come close in some way: Chandler (http://www.osafoundation.org/) is still in development, but may be the closest to what you need, and it pretty much works for basic tasks now. Mozilla Sunbird (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/) is sort of working, and may have much of what you're looking for. Aethera (http://www.thekompany.com/projects/aethera/) is a released(1.2.0) GPL product, but it's sharing may be a bit limited without a Kolab server (althought there may be some WebDAV support...). Task Coach (http://sourceforge.net/projects/taskcoach/) starts to get there, but it's currently missing the reminders you wanted (but combined with something like Sunbird, it might work well...) KDE/Pi (http://sourceforge.net/projects/kdepimpi/) is an attempt to make the KDE programs available cross platform, and might provide what you need. One last, a Java application that looks very promising: BORG (http://borg-calendar.sourceforge.net/) may be just what you're asking for, try it and please let us all know if it fits.
