I had this idea of winbind in mind but was/is never going to use it in this scenario b'cos --> The linux server that I'm talking about is not just webserver, it does some other things that I don't want to fiddle with local linux accounts. --> I was never successful with winbind in the past with WIN2K let alone WIN2K3 with exchange and some other group policies.
