There are a bunch of licenses that are basically the same thing. Unfortunately, several are BSD so you have to specify the 2 clause or 3 clause or whatever. I think one's from MIT. I use the Expat license when I don't care if they take my work private: https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/License:Expat If you read it, pretty much the only thing it does for you is to disclaim all warranty, damages and liability, which is probably exactly what you want.
