Ha, providing customer service is too expensive for a modern company. I did like having a place nearby that sometimes had the parts I needed when something broke. The problem with mail order is that it always takes a long time to get the stuff you ordered. I'm pricing stuff on newegg right now and it's a bit tempting. An NVMe drive 4 times larger than my current SSD is $50, but I'd have to buy a new board, CPU, and RAM to go around it, and that'd be like $550 in total. Moot point, I don't have time to spend putting a new machine together until the middle of March. -- Crow202 Blog: http://crow202.org/wordpress There is no Darkness in Eternity But only Light too dim for us to see. --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.phxlinux.org To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change your mail settings: https://lists.phxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
