moin moin, We've returned from another great SCaLE. It was good to catch up with some friends I hadn't seen in a while. Several are from Phoenix and might be stopping by PLUG and Stammtisch when they visit town. We also have an import planning to stop by during the summer. A couple of us recieved several complements for PLUG. It was nice to hear the help we provide is having a positive impact for people. PLUG provided several volunteers for SCaLE. It was important this year as SCaLE had some retirements after last year's conference and needed some extra help this year. We are looking forward to doing even more next year. I particularly liked the crypto math talk on Sunday. I walked away with a better understanding of some of the cryptography we depend on. I hope that track continues. https://www.socallinuxexpo.org/scale/16x/schedule/friday Kyle Rankin subbed in to give the password talk he gave at CactusCon last Spring. I'm looking forward to her keynote at LibrePlanet in a couple weeks. https://www.socallinuxexpo.org/scale/16x/presentations/equifax-canary-git-mine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYNChFRLn6U#t=17m56s Here's the feedlist for SCaLE's rooms. https://www.youtube.com/user/socallinuxexpo/videos?disable_polymer=1 ciao, der.hans -- # https://www.LuftHans.com https://www.PhxLinux.org # "Peace cannot be kept by force.
