I usually start with canned air. Plain ol' isopropyl alcohol from the pharmacy aisle works great on battery terminals. Just put some on a swab and rub. Leaves no residue. DeOxit is the preferred cleaner, but WD-40 works well too. Both can make a mess, it only takes a drop or three to clean a switch, connector or pot. Use some cotton rounds and pad the surrounding area to soak up over-spray. Some silicone based lubes can damage plastic parts. WD is pretty benign. -Kenn --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.phxlinux.org To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change your mail settings: http://lists.phxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
