yes - I know - not "all" of the files - /bin /sbin etc the stuff I've always thought of as "the tree" - Fedora now has it all under /usr because /usr is very unlikely to be on a remote shared mount accessed ro by multiple systems, and potentially unavailable during boot. don't ask - just be happy.
