I'll second the cox inside cable insurance.
had an ongoing problem with my modem and after a couple of call outs 
with "No issues to the box".
One of the Techs suggested adding the insurance, and have them come out 
again to look further.

ended up keeping the insurance for a few months after the problem 
connections were replaced.
