Your new messages to the list are probably going to the old address 
(plug-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us) which is no longer available to 
us, you'll need to remove any references to any addresses with 
plug.phoenix.az.us and replace them with addresses that end in 
lists.phxlinux.org in order for them to work.

There is, never has been, any moderation going on.  The entire 
*.phoxnix.az.us domain registry died when Deru, our previous hosts, bit 
the dust, since they were the registrar, so we didn't have the option of 
continuing to use it.
