The last time this happened PLUG's server said that your server was accepting the email and some spam killer was then deleting it without notifying either side of it's action. That is VERY bad behavior for a spam filter. It appears by the logs that the same thing is happening again... all you email going out to your server is being accepted without error. The problem is definitely on your side.
