Where can I find a forum like PLUG to ask and get answers to questions
about how to do things on an ipad?

Specifically, I'd like to know how to copy some html files for some of my
websites (and also some pdf files) onto the used ipad 1 that I just bought
with an icon on the start page so I can access those files by clicking on
that icon link when I don't have wireless connection to get to those pages
on the Internet via the Safari browser?
