anyone else ever try this out yet?

Im not sure im starting from the ideal start, but i installed ubuntu
10.10 server x86 and then added the wayland repo.

"sudo apt-add-repository ppa:xorg-edgers/wayland"

it talks about launching from within xorg, would that mean i have to
have X already up and running? or just installed and configured?
