Have you looked at the Blueboards from NGX? http://shop.ngxtechnologies.com/product_info.php?currency=USD&cPath=21&products_id=72 It has ethernet, and USB. Not sure if you can get a terminal though USB on this board, I've never used it. But it's only $60, and ships with Linux. Looks like fun!
