Usually, these people are not worth listening to, but what do you do when you get a message that has the same content twice, once in HTML, and once in text? > What is "inline" and how does one do that? > (Is that a way to display images within a text email?) When you attach a file to a message, you can have your mail client put "Content-Disposition: Inline" or something like that in the headers before the base64-encoded data. The exact procedure depends on your mail client; in kmail, you right-click the file after you've attached it and pick the right option from the menu. The mail client that receives your message will then usually render that file below the message if the file's an image. pine/mutt wouldn't do that, of course. -- Matt G / Dances With Crows The Crow202 Blog: http://crow202.org/wordpress/ There is no Darkness in Eternity/But only Light too dim for us to see --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change your mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
