A quick Google search on "pccard scsi hba" brings this link near the top: http://www.synchrotech.com/products/scsi-io-pcmcia-pc_cardbus_02.html So, they exist but I don't know how good they are. Years ago I used one from Adaptec but I don't know if they still make one.
