Mark, I have a couple old e-machines that I made into IPCop firewall/routers, and have been decommissioned for a while (they were virtualized). All you'd need is a switch for the green (LAN) subnet, and you're good to go. I can sell you one for a reasonable price. Let me know if you're interested. Oh, I recommend going this route (old system loaded w/ linux firewall distro) whether you get one from me or not. ;) I've been running IPCop for a number of years now and it's been very reliable.
