Technically there is no limit to the number of user accts you can have on a sinlge XP Pro Machine, however there are some bugs in this policy so you need to look into getting to SP3 at least if not more up to date. Also do an audit of user accounts on your machine, and make sure there is nothing there that really shouldn't be.
