title of Republican Strategist just complemented Obama's speech on the
concept of bottom up and made a direct comparison to the ESR essay 'The
Cathedral and the Bazaar' and representing the change of philosophy from
the proprietary Microsoft type software to the Open Source movement.

I kid you not...I almost fell out of my chair.
