Does anyone know what service Cox uses for a news feed. Their tech support 
is *absolutely* clueless (surprise!) and I've run a number of searches to 
no avail.

I'm having a problem in that I can post messages and followups to any
newsgroup I want except one. On that one, the posts never show up 
on the group but do appear in my "My_Posts" file. I have a hunch the news 
server is misconfigured and I want to contact them to check it out.
