They want a 1099 for a few months to build an embedded appliance.  They are aggressively open-source, I'm doing web browser based user interface, they now need a GTK user interface person.  Being able to design as well as develop the UI would be a plus.  This is a small company who desires multi-talented people with a high learning curve.
