I have additionally tried:

Adding this to xorg.conf
Section "ServerFlags"
 Option "BlankTime" "0"
 Option "StandbyTime" "0"
 Option "SuspendTime" "0"
 Option "OffTime" "0"
EndSection

Totally removing screensaver and power manager packages
rpm -ev gnome-screensaver
rpm -ev gnome-power-manager

Still no luck!
