Any lost > clusters? Oh, another killer app for Windows to check startups is HijackThis! It searches all kinds of places. Clear your browser cache as well. Each cookie is stored as a small file...say 300bytes but takes up a cluster on your hard drive, which could be say 512 byte clusters. So, that could be it too. If other people can use your computer, you will need to check all the users. Check for programs like Limewire, Azureus, or any other file sharing type program. People will often not delete the files they download. There's a lot of possibilities.
