What sets RedSeven apart is their commitment to service. Don't look at the HW/SW combo you get with a RedSeven unit, because you could get a cheaper deal off e-bay. Instead, ask about their warranty, support, backup and training. They are awesome for small/med business with novice Linux users. If you're a Linux pro, then their return/upgrade policy should impress you.
