I have installed plesk and have maintained some plesk servers for a couple years. A few things I don't like: - I did some Plesk migrations and the system took over 24 hours for a small domain to migrate to other system. Some took so long I had to stop. - If you disable local deliveries (forwarding only), then you can't have SMTP AUTH. - If you want forwarding only and forget to disable local deliveries, the same mail will be also delivered locally filling up your disk space. - Its own custom qmail setup is not standard (then again that is common :) (Anyone use plesk with postfix instead?) - Uses open source software to create proprietary lock-in. --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change your mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
