I had the same problem with Gentoo but then again i wasn't using a
Gentoo kernel source, i was using Vanilla with User-mode Linux (SKAS)
patches.
I noticed the kernel modules are pretty picky, hopefully that'll
change with time.
It works nice with the RHEL5 kernel in CentOS 5. (2.6.18-8.1.4.el5)
