Yes, this is a repeat post.  Per the suggestion of someone on another 
list, I have changed the target market.  Only two roommates will be 
accepted at a higher rate of $650/mo plus utilities.  Extra rooms 
available to anyone for office or storage.  Each person, including 
myself, practically has their own living room.

looks much bigger than 2150.

* Two bedrooms are available for rent. Each 10x10 plus closet.
* $200 extra if you want a second room.
* LAN-friendly. Smoking allowed outside. No dogs or cats.
