I usually steer clear of it totally. The websites I go freauent are information-based. I notice a few companies hiring flash coders to make their site and I figure if they want me to read their site, they'll use something a web browser can read. Otherwise they've lost me as a potential customer. I have bought other brands based entirely on that criteria... Because I couldn't read their info without installing a non-standard application that is buggy.
