There is a C64 emulator for the OSX, but it was not nearly as good as the real C64. It played some of the games like BardsTail OK, but you could not do the cool things like the program I wrote to dial my telephone produced the wrong tones (very limited tones) under the emulator, and the were major color restrictions as well. If any one have a good emulator (and Bards Tail) out their for under $40 I am all over it ;) -----Original Message----- From: plug-discuss-bounces@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us [mailto:plug-discuss-bounces@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us] On Behalf Of Lynn Newton Sent: Friday, April 27, 2007 10:22 PM To: Michael Havens Cc: Main PLUG discussion list Subject: Re: grapic on email Yep, that pretty well dates it. Come to think of it, it must have been around 1990, when I was helping to beta test early versions of XEmacs. People thought X-Face headers were pretty cool at the time. And now that you mention it, I wish I still had my C-64 and my Amigas.
