Oops. I should have looked further. The torrents are listed at the end of the 7.04 release page (which is *not* linked from the downloads page). http://releases.ubuntu.com/7.04/ Joseph Sinclair wrote: > Almost all of the mirrors have torrents, here's one example. > http://mirror.cs.umn.edu/ubuntu-torrents/ > > As usual, the listing for torrents and dvd's on the Ubuntu site are quite a bit behind (probably won't be up for a couple weeks). I don't know why the Ubuntu folks never get the torrents and DVD's launched on time, but that's the way it goes, I guess. Perhaps their servers getting overloaded this time will persuade them to prepare a torrent page (and DVD's) on release day next time. > > der.hans wrote: >> moin moin, >> >> I went looking for Ubuntu 7.10 torrents this evening, but didn't find any. >> >> I have some bandwidth I can donate, so I thought I'd join as feeds, but >> it looks like they only have the ISOs up on FTP. >> >> bittorrent.com only had the beta.
