Of course BitTorrent is providing illegal downloads. Shipping containers
have also been found to contain illegal or stolen goods, too. Same goes
for trucks, and email. So, like almost every other new technology,
BitTorrent is almost exactly like something we've had for years as far
as legal ramifications go. But the media companies will try to convince
everyone that it's somehow different.

We should just find some cases of stolen goods being distributed through
normal retail channels and see if we can get all the major distributors
shut down. Yeah, that's the ticket.
