Ok, I found out what the problem was, here is what I did to fix: 1) Reset the switches. I guess the arp tables needed to be refreshed. 2) There was a DHCP server configuration error. I was able set a static IP on my client computer and then log in to the web site and reconfigure the DHCP server. Thanks all for the prompt responses!
