-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Thank you everyone. we did a config clear all and some other things. The switch is allowing systems to talk to each other now but the vlans and some other stuff that was previously configured is still configured. Can I rename the vlan.dat file so as recover it if needed? We've made progress but managed to get it stuck at the rommon prompt. It won't autoboot. I have to type boot manually. VERY stupidly I did not copy down the config-register parameter which was originally 0x81008 or something like that. We have been toggling it between 2142 and 2102 as part of recovery efforts. I don't know what to put it back to. - -- JT Morée PC Xperience, Inc. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2.2 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFFlYaK1JwGi/ukQqERApH0AJ48Tr1a7Og4TIoAbum7OYseyBL1CwCbBtTa b7Le8Hq2xiHOfloxPje4RpA= =V9no -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean.
