Hear, hear!  As free-market as I am, I totally despise the H1B visa 
program.  It should be abolished entirely.  The whole idea is to 
_exploit_ foreign workers by tying them to a job.  Even if you let the 
same number of engineers in per year as regular immigrants, it wouldn't 
hurt our incomes as much, because the market would tend to bring the 
immigrants' wages in line with ours.  Ditto for those lame-brained 
"guest worker" programs the GOP and some Dems keep pushing.
