I checked a few times while doing some reading and always found 2 beagle processes once any showed up. I also ran Yast/Software Management and did a search on beagle. That shows 6 of 8 packahes installed (not quite the same list those gents mentioned). > > Not sure if I will remove them as that was really just meant to be a brief look at Suse. I am keeping my eye open for a [free] box with lots of drive bays and a decent MB/CPU/Memory with the intent to put in a bunch of like drives and load different OS's on each just for checkout purposes. No multi-booting to maintain, just move the IDE and power cables to the drive having thr OS I want to check something on. Sounds silly, but again this is just a hobby. > Why not just use Virtual Hosts? Vmware or Xen will enable you to do that without the hardware. I tend to have a lot of spare computers in my network so just started using FreeNX for that. I can install a test distro on a spare computer, then use it from my computer with nx. --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
