Do you know of real locations > where > a home user has a choice of cable ISPs? ---- The only places I know of where a residential user has multiple cable choices are some apartment and condominium complexes (some parts of Mesa, a few locations in central Phoenix, etc..). There may be some areas where houses have choices as well, but I'm not aware of them.
