At this point, Fedora Core version X is the precursor to Red Hat 
Enterprise Linux version X.  RH uses Fedora as the testing ground for 
RHEL.  RHEL has some tweaks to support huge amounts of memory and 
multiple processors.  From an admin/user standpoint, they are pretty 
much the same, except RHEL has fewer packages.
